Dear patient,
We hope you are doing well. Having been closed since mid-March due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are now preparing to resume taking care of your vision health needs and would like to update you on our practice’s re-opening plan.
Staff and doctors will be required to use personal protective equipment. Every patient must have a mask on, fill out a screening questionnaire, and pass a temperature check before entering the office. Only patients will be allowed into the doctor’s office; we ask that you do not bring companion. If you must, your companion will be screened as well. After each patient, we will sanitize the chair, exam equipment, counter, door handle, etc. Also, only a few patients allow in the optical at a time. Everyone else must wait at the gate, walk around the store, or wait in the car to be called. All frames will be disinfected after each try-on.
Currently, we are open but with reduced hours. We ask that you only make appointments that you will keep and notify us immediately by texting 714-924-2552 if you are unable to make an appointment. Additionally, you can help by providing us with correct and complete vision insurance information and filling out history forms online before coming to your appointment; this will reduce your time checking in. Due to reduced staff, it may be difficult to reach us via phone. Appointment availability, however, can be found on this website. If you are unable to reach our office, please call Dr. Tang directly at 714-924-2552. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority!
